How to recover from a nervous breakdown?

Yes you can!!: First of all "nervous" breakdown is not a technical term and can cover a lot of disorders. Depression, anxiety, panic, or a psychotic break. All of which can be treated by going to a psychiatrist and discussing the problem and finding the right solution for your situation. Talk to someone and get the right treatment whether that is medications or talk therapy.
