Orthostatic dizzines: You describe a drop in blood pressure when assuming an upright position. Common causes are blood loss, diarrhea, vomiting, fever, loss of appetite from any cause, some serious allergic reactions and some medicines. There are other less common but serious causes. Have her increase her salt intake and drink plenty of fluids. See a doc if not better in 1-2 days.
