My mother was feeling dizzy and passed out. she fell to the back and hit her head at the back of her head. the part of her head that hit the ground is feeling soft and sore. she is disoriented and nauseous. should she be taken to hospital ?

YES !: If she is disoriented - that is considered a mental status change. She may have a concussion. If this just occurred - consider taking her to the emergency room.

I have intense stabbing pains in the upper back of my head to the right there is a deep aching feeling in the same area, some nausea & dizziness.
Was taken by ambulance for feeling faint, high heart rate, nausea. EKG in ambulance was normal. Vitals normal. BP was high but low after I left hospital. However Im still feeling a little dizzy, or like Im on a rocky boat. Foggy head ish. Relief?
