Possible: There may be a chance that your UTI is not responsive to the antibiotic you are taking especially if no culture was done. There is also a possibility that you are having something else other than UTI which is often misdiagnosed or overdiagnosed. If you are not feeling improved after 3 days of taking antibiotics, seek another opinion.

Possible: You didn't say how late you were. A couple of days late due to illness wouldn't be unusual but anymore would have to think about another cause such as pregnancy. Pressure is almost certainly due to infection.
