Feeling lots of pain in lower stomach could this be a possible uti need opinions?

Yes: If there is also pain when you urinate or the constant need to urinate, that would help isolate this to the urinary tract.

Suprapubic pain?: Pain in the lower abdomen, not the stomach, below the umbilicus (belly button), can be one of the sign of a uti. Other signs include urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria (painful urination), back pain and less often fevers, chills, hematuria (blood in urine), and confusion. It is very simple to diagnose, with a urinalysis and urine culture.
