No: You won't but you will get deconditioned and more prone to injuries, heart and lung disease.

Yes: A sedentary lifestyle will lead will lessen your capability to balance. Like any exercise, the more you do it the easier the 'memory' becomes for your muscles, joints, and brain. The opposite is true as well.
