Not the best: If you want to be in good health, then it is important to NOT stay sedentary. It's great that you are getting some exercise in the morning, but I would try to add a little activity throughout the day if you have a sedentary job or if you are a student. Studies confirm that the brain functions better after exercise, BP, cholesterol and glucose levels also improve.

Yes absolutely: Why aren't you up and moving? Even a desk job should allow you to get up and move around. When you get home, consider cleaning the house and raking leaves. You will feel a lot more accomplished. If you are depressed consider talking to your doctor to get a recommendation for therapy. Start socializing by playing a sport with your friends or go to the local gym and start a pick up game.
