Pinched nerve: More likely a pinched nerve in neck , a herniated cervical disc. I suggest you get in to visit you doctor and get examined.

Nerve irritation: Not likely heart-related.More likely either a pinched nerve as from a disc herniation or another musculoskeletal source such as dysfunctional vertebra in neck or upper back or even a rib malfunction. All can cause similar symptoms, but many may be relieved, sometimes immediately, by osteopathic manipulation.Only a good history & phys, incl hands-on osteopathic exam will be able to tell you for sure.
