Good sleep!: I would definitely work with her obstetrician and psychiatrist and make sure that she is on some acceptable medication. Very important to continue treatment in pregnancy. Also, maintain a good sleep wake cycle to avoid going into mania.

Help her Coordinate Drs.: With this diagnosis, you would need to see your ob/gyn and psychiatrist and request they coordinate with you about the risks and benefits of the pregnancy. In general, there are psychotropics that are relatively safe staring in the second trimester forward. Take care.
