No: Nowhere do I find that marijuana cures it. There are tons of purported uses quoted for marijuana including using thc for cancer, but I am yet to see a single patient who got cured of any disease treated by it.

Marijuana: Marijuana transiently lowers intraocular pressure and has been advocated for glaucoma therapy in the past. It has not impact on cataracts.

Only Surgery Helps: When the crystalline lens of the eye or its envelope becomes cloudy a cataract is formed. This is generally a progressive condition that blocks the passage of light to the retina. It can potentially lead to blindness if untreated. The affected lens is removed and replaced with an artificial lens. Marijuana has no effect on cataracts. Marijuana has been used to treat glaucoma.
