Very worrisome: The tubal pregnancy may have set off a reaction in the mother than may have caused a stroke. She will need to be carefully checked for a condition of thrombophilia. This is a genetic tendency for thrombosis in stress states. She will need to be very careful and be under special treatment if she ever gets pregnant again.
