No: The american diet is already vitamin-rich, and there are essentially zero reported cases of vitamin-deficiency, amongst those not taking vitamins. Therefore, the supplemental vitamins we take are in excess of need, and your organs already have enough vitamin b (et al.). More should not change any functions. Constipation is a local, bowel problem, most easily addressed with increased fiber intake.
