Do snri antidepressants affect hormone levels in women?

Good question: This is an interesting question, given the effects of these medications on sexual function in both genders. Also some evidence shows that they can help with vasomotor flushing in menopausal women. I don't know of studies specifically looking at sex hormone levels and snri's. Their effects on sexual function and hot flashes seem based more other mechanisms than direct hormone levels.
