The anesthetics: Should be long gone from your system by now, especially if this was done under local. You shouldn't be requiring significant pain medication at this point, either. Notify your surgeon of your complaints. He may want to examine you soon.

Probably.: Many people have these types of complaints for a few days and maybe even a couple of weeks after this surgery. It should be getting better each day. If you notice any change in brain function, severe headaches, or swelling in your neck, you should contact your physician immediately.

HA after CEA: Endarterectomy is not intended to improve fatigue but the has are not uncommon and usually go away within 10-14 days. If they are severe, not going away, or getting worse report them to your doctor immediately.
