Fibromyalgia ?: Female has headaches, pelvic pain &amp; fatigue. If this is not transient, then she needs general/gynecological evaluations. Autoimmune and endocrine disorders are possible. If no specific diagnoses are discovered, &amp; if symptoms are chronic, more then three months, then fibromyalgia rises in the differential diagnosis.
