Yes: Prazosin is an Alpha blocking agent that is effective in lowering bp. While it would not be first line therapy in patients with coexistant cardiac conditions (cad, chf, or certain rhythm and valvular disorders) its vasodilatory properties should be safe to use provided there are no significant side effects. It may help nocturnal bladder emptying as well. Watch for lightheadedness side effects.
