Probably ok: Exercise short of power lifting is probably ok but don't hold your breath during any lifts.In the mean time do a lifestyle audit & identify controllable factors that push up bp. Eliminate caffeine, power drinks, salty foods & adding salt to your meals.Get in to see your pcp & see if there are other issues to treat.Investing in a home wrist BP monitor may help u get a better picture of day to day.
