What is the difference between vibramycin (doxycycline) and accutane?

Antibioitic: Vibramycin (doxycycline) is an antibiotic which can be used mild to moderate acne. Accutane is a derivative of vitamin a used for severe cystic acne uncontrolled by other treatments including anitbiotics.
