Pneumonia: I would suspect pneumonia or pertussis (whooping cough) go to the er or urgent care and get a chest x-ray.

See yoor Doctor asap: You apparently have a serious condition which needs treatment.The possibilities are as follows 1acoute bronchitis 2acute exacarbation of COPD if you are a smoker 3pertussis(whooping cough) 4 pnuomonia viral or bacterial 5 severe gastroesophageal reflux causing your symptoms 6 bronchial asthma acute exacerbation only way you can find out what is causing it and get treated properly is to see md.
