No normal: Groos blood in the urine can be a sign of a bladder infection, bladder wall inflammation, bladder cancer, kidney stone (2nd to ureter injury), kidney disease, in males it can be a sign of prostate pathology, and trauma to the genitourinary system. Due to you age, you need to see your doctor asap.
