I've been getting frequent headaches between my eyes, but i don't have any congestion or cold like symptoms. can this still be a sinus headache?

Possible: Stress, sinus congestion. Allergy or migraine. Please consult your doctor. Also have your eyes checked too for correction glasses or who knows glaucoma.

Yes, but...: Could be anything from your eyes to actual headache. Sinus disease, however, can certainly cause only headache without your feeling congested. See your doctor.
