OTC meds available: If you see a rough outer ring with pale inside skin it might be ringworm. Otc tinactin (tolnaftate) used twice daily for a week or so would knock it out if you are right. If that were no help you might want it checked during regular office hours.

May not : Be a ringworm . Oftentimes nummular eczema is mistaken for a ringworm.Best to have your pediatrician take a look.
