Be seen!: Clear liquid flowing through your nose when Bending over can be a sign of leakage of fluid that surrounds your brain through the nasal cavity. This is called CSF leak. This can happen spontaneously but it is rare. In either case I would have this checked out. If you develop fever on top of this I would go straight to the ER!

Sinus headache?: Your description doesn't sound like migraine. Throbbing is more often pressure/vascular. The nasal symptom suggests sinus. Seasonal allergy can trigger sinus inflammation starts histamine fluids flowing. While they are brewing and accumulating, pressure-headache pain is common. When they overflow or you bend - gravity causes drips in back of throat and out of nostrils. Not migraine. See provider.

Have checked: If liquid is clear like water and you aren't sick with cold or flu go to your doctor to have this checked. 2 weeks is a long time to have this and the headache.
