I'm : I'm not sure i understand your question, but it appears that you are saying that "your mom's breasts are burning and they are tingling". If that is the question, breasts can burn and tingle when hormones are fluctuating between cycles, and when pregnant. If she hasn't checked a pregnancy test then she should take one. If her symptoms continue then she should get a medical evaluation.

Yes and no: Doctors can suspect breast cancer but the proof comes from confirmation of lump being present and the final result/confirmation requires a biopsy of any lump discovered by means of hands or with an ultrsound/mammogram.

A 18-year-old female asked about a 24-year-old female:

Breast secreted white liquid and it happened for the first time what is that from noting that she is 25 years old?

1 doctor answer1 doctor weighed in
Dr. Tyrone Malloy
Obstetrics and Gynecology 46 years experience
See below: White milky secretions usually mean nothing. If a woman has ever taken oral contraceptives or has been pregnant whether she carried to term or not can have milky secretions the rest of her life. If the secretions are expressed with the fingers decreases need for concern. If they are spontaneous or bloody then you need to seek medical attention.

If : The area is red, swollen, hot, tender, has red streaks, puss, is becoming ulcerated or she has fever and muscle aches and pains - these would be reasons to seek medical attention.
