Yes: Depending on site and size of angiosarcoma, surgery can be routine. If lesion large it should be embolized prior to resection to minimize bleeding. Many occur in retroperitoneal region and choosing right vessel to do study is important and assuring lesion has minimal vascularity.They are found in diverse sites such as skin, breast and liver.
