Common: Often gland cells will become plugged which traps the glandular secretions over time. These will enlarge and need to be squeezed or lanced.

No: Any changes in a mole need to be investigated. Please see a doctor to ascertain if the lesion needs to be excised and tissue sent to a pathologist for examination.
