Need more info: It is probably gas moving in the bowel. Two things come to mind, lactose intolerance and partial obstruction. Are the symptoms related to any particular item in diet, pain, diarrhea, excessive flatus, emotional turmoil, constipation, bloating, vomiting etc? Please discuss with your doctor for possible further work-up.
