Don't sweat!: If she is not feverish, having nausea or vomiting or stomachache, just change her diet to more bulk/fiber. Starches like rice, bread, crackers and dry cereal could be a start. Stay away from dairy products for a day or so (milk, cheese, etc). Bananas are helpful too. Foods that are more constipating should help the cause. No meds should be used.
