See doctor: If any of your symptoms are feeling similar to what you had before, and you're stool color's changed, your energy level is low, and your liver enzymes are high, it's time to go back to your doctor and have a follow-up discussion on your liver's health. Luckily, you have a past medical history regarding this, to measure your current enzymes against. This is nothing to sit on and wait. There's a lot that can be done. Your doctor should be able to help you, or refer you to hepatologist who can.

Yes go to doctor: Yes it is a concern. Whenever stool changes color or consistency, especially with history of fatty liver, something has changed. Going to doctor for follow up tests should be done soon. Sometimes, medications or alcohol can cause changes in liver enzymes but don't assume, please go for further testing. Take care!
