Flagyl: You can take Flagyl for BV even if you recently got a tattoo. It's not a contraindication for that. Bv usually doesn't cause body aches/headaches or other systemic symptoms. If you are having those, you may as well start looking for other causes.

Flagyl is ok: You can take Flagyl if you just got a tattoo. BV that has been left untreated can start to make you feel generally ill.
