URI: 99.1 is high normal. Nasal congestion,ear congestion, post nasal drip, fatigue, and a nasty taste along with this temperature sounds more like an upper respiratory infection than anything to do with bacterial vaginosis or recent treatment with metronidazole. This could be viral in which case you just treat the symptoms or bacterial in which case you may need antibiotics. See your PCP to be checked
