All of them: Rns, lpns and aides take care of the elderly. Also speech therapy, pt & ot psychologists also see these residents from time to time. Physicians make rounds as well.

NHA: Nursing home administrator (nha) who are certified through nursing home administration program run by department of health and national association of boards of examiners of nursing home administrators (nab) most staffs are rns, lpns and midlevels.

Complicated: Well, doctor is supposed to take care of the resident and administrator is required for ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. Cnas provide most of the personal care. Lpns & rns carry out doctor's orders with a don as their boss. Complex rules and family beliefs sometimes pose a barrier to doctor, s rationale approach!
