Reporting abuse: Any reports of potential or real abuse need to be reported and are 'protected'. If anyone, including a health aide, suspects abuse, they are required to report immediately to their supervisors and beyond. Reports of any type of abuse in the nursing home requires immediate analysis and reports to state authorities.
