Stop purging: You probably have your esophagus inflamed. This can cause chest pains. You definately should stop purging and talk to your doctor about why you have been doing this.

YES!: Yes, please see your physician about this. Repeated purging can lead to damaging your esophagus and other areas. The blood may or may not be coming from your nose. Please see your physician as soon as possible, and stop the purging.

Stop purging: Repeated purging can cause serious injury. Your chest pain could represent a tear in your esophagus which has the potential to be quite serious. Get help to resist the urge to purge.
