Conduction defect: If there is no lead reversal. Then you should rule out ischemic heart disease. Get a stress test done.

Inc rbbb: This may also represent an incomplete right bundle branch block. Ekg may also be repeated. Consult physician, get echocardiogram & stress test may or may not be indicated.
