Allergy most likely: Although testing via a blood test (rast-type) is needed to confirm the allergy, your symptoms are most likely due to an ige antibody to wheat. Skin testing would be a bit risky. Strict avoidance and access to self-injected Epinephrine (epi-pen or auviq) would be required if allergy is confirmed.
