Often unknown: There is no time in a woman's life where diet has such importance. So the best prevention of such a disaster is to make sure that your diet is pristine since you are feeding your infant as well as yourself/.

Common: Stillbirth is much more common than most people think. Often people chalk it up to a late period. In studies where women were very closely monitored, the stillbirth rate was close to 30%. By far, the most common reason are genetic mistakes that are incompatible with life. Doctors may or may not know about the stillbirth depending upon symptoms.

????: Rather uncommon, should not happen very often, with proper care that can be prevented, sometimes not , but hopefully u did not experience this, if you did your doc should have gone over all of that at length with you, there are many different reasons it could happen, and if it hasn't and you have no risk factors there is no reason to dwell on something this negative.
