I hope this helps: hi genesis. what you describing is called Recurrent preterm birth. There is too many causes for such condition and we have a limited space,just to name a few, Cervical trauma and insufficiency, congenital uterine abnormality. but in general the cause needs to be investigated more at this point. There is a higher likelihood of that happening again in the next pregnancy compare to average pregnancy.
