Disease in the lungs: Although lymphoma is usually found in the lymph nodes, both low grade and high grade lymphoma can be found in other organs including the lungs. High grade lymphoma is more likely to be found in the lung tissue itself while low grade is usually in lymph nodes throughout the lungs - unless the low grade lymphoma is quite advanced.

Extranodal lymphoma: Lymphoma in the lungs may be in the lymph nodes (nodal) or in the lung parenchyma (lung tissue itself = extranodal = outside of lymph nodes).
