Possible: Muscle pain 1-2 days following physical workouts is typical. Give yourself some hot showers twice a day or lay in hot water tub. This should go away in a couple of days. You should tine your body muscles with incremental workouts to avoid this in future. Eat plenty of oranges and bananas and drink milk for the extra calcium and potassium your muscles need.
