Frequent Feedings.: Increase the frequency and duration of your baby's feedings. Also, if you can, avoid lying on your breast or sleeping on your stomach as this restricts flow to through the milk ducts. Drink plenty of fluids, rest, and see your doctor for help if you experience more feeding problems.

Feeding: Frequent feeding and expressing milk can help. Drink alot of water as this may help to keep your milk supply flowing and to prevent clogged ducts however, some women are prone to recurrent mastitis.
