Yes: You are describing typical symptoms of a "pink eye". If you are having severe symptom, seek care asap. If symptoms are mild, it may resolve itself with good hygienic care with using clean warm cloth and artificial tears. There are 2 types: contagious and non-contagious. The contagious type can be caused by a bacteria or a virus. The non-contagious can be caused be a chemical, an injury, etc.
