Would it be easier to go to the hospital for a lump as i'm diabetic?

Not needed.: You will wait 4-5 hours to be seen in the emergency room. Any family doctor or internist should be able to take care of you with lump and diabetes. They may refer you to a surgeon.

Many possibilities: Some causes of painful “lumps” may include: bony overgrowths, soft tissue masses, ganglions, fibromas, and cysts. Have it evaluated by a professional to get the right diagnosis.
