Be patient: Although some ENT specialists recommend antibiotics post-operatively, there is little evidence that these drugs aid in healing. It is possible that they may actually be harmful in the development of resistant bacteria. My gut feeling is that most ENT surgeons do not use antibiotics and if they do, only at the time of surgery. It takes 10 days to recover. Be patient and stop the antibiotic.

Probably nothing: The antibiotic is generally given to help improve pain. In some cases all it does is make you more nauseated. It's there to make you feel better. If you miss a dose it's no big deal. If it continues to nauseate you call your surgeon and ask if you need to continue it.
