Multi system failur: Can never easily predict these things however each new problem in each new organ system worsens prognosis. It sounds as though 3 organ systems are affected so her long term prognosis is poor. Sorry.

Depends: Your mom does have multiple organs affected and as such may not have a good prognosis. If kidneys are failing she may prolong her life possibly with dialysis. But it also depends on how severe her CHF and COPD are.

Mom's longevity: Your mother is quite ill, from your description, and you need to get more information form her physicians (P) ask to what her longevity is. If she has "fluid on the lungs", some type of dialysis may be started to remove it. There are 1000's of patients in the US that have all of the conditions you mother has. If dialysis is not offered to her to improve her condition, her P will tell you why.
