Sharing of care: Many questions will come up! breast or bottle and how can your partner best help? Thoughts on future discipline, even issues of faith are assumed until friction arises. What does your partner believe about work and sharing of responsibilities both at home and about work. Sharing and listening will build the strongest relationship.

Not everything: You should talk together about all the things that concern you but mostly to get in the habit of talking about things in that way. When the baby arrives you'll find that there are all kinds of surprising and wonderful things that you never could have thought of in advance and that some things you worry about now don't happened. For now, the main goal is to learn to talk to one another!

What are some healthy ways to get a crying baby to stop crying?

List of fixes: It helps if mom/dad make a list of what things they can do something about, for those times they are tired & can't think clearly. Offer feed if not fed within last 2hr. Warm if cold. Cool off if warm. Change if dirty. Console if in need of nurturing. A warm bath can relax them. If nothing works & baby is otherwise well, put on the headphones & let the kid figure it out.

Prenatal stress: You should talk to ur OB & if he/she tells you everything is okay you should not stress yourself. The baby feels your stress as well so it would be better to let your doctor worry &stress for your & your baby's health if needed. You should enjoy your pregnancy&be happy. If your doctor told you some thing is wrong, there may be other things you could do besides stressing. Use ur energy positively.

At conception: A baby's gender is determined at the time of conception. Depending on the tests done fetal sex can be determined at various times. In normal pregnancy fetal sex can be determined by testing mother;s blood at 7 weeks. In case of in-vitro fertilization, it could be determined before the embryo is implanted.

Dr. Jeff Livingston

Depends: Bleeding, spotting and discharge after having a baby is very normal. The time will vary from person to person. Usually it stops within 3-6 weeks. Breastfeeding women sometimes will have irregular spotting instead of normal periods due to the hormonal changes.

A OB-GYN MD: The " operative question", regardless of chronological age is, - do you ever see the need to have further children under any circumstances?(loss of existing child, divorce, new husband, etc.) if the answer is a resounding no, then "proceed past go" on the "board of life" and have the procedure done(not always reversible) understanding that it will permanently preclude future childbearing except ivf.
