Abnormal vag bleed: Bleeding for 4 mos at any age is abnormal but if you are 27 and sexually active i would like to first do a pregnancy test to rule out a threatened miscarriage or incomplete miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy!you need to get a HCG test in blood and a transvaginal sonogram after an immediate gyn evaluation.
