See doctor ASAP: Any unexplained vaginal bleeding needs professional evaluation. There are several potential causes, including endocrine (hormone) problems, uterine or cervical diseases like pre-cancer, STDs, and pregnancy, maybe with impending miscarriage. All are more or less likely depending on sexual lifestyle and partnerships, contraceptive method, and so on. See a doctor (preferably gyn) ASAP. Good luck.
