I am 38 weeks pregnant and miserable. not dialated at all yet is there anything i can do other then the obvious (sex, walk etc.) to get dialated?

38 weeks: You are right there is nothing really to do other than the obvious things you mentioned. Babies tend to come when they come. I know you are miserable and want this baby to come, i'm sure your doctor has told you studies have shown that elective inductions in first time moms before 41 weeks and other moms before 39 weeks result in more complications. As i tell my OB patients they always come out.
