Leukoplakia: Leukoplakia can be caused by irritation from rough teeth, fillings, or crowns, or ill-fitting dentures, chronic smoking, pipe smoking, or other tobacco use, sun exposure to the lips, oral cancer-although rare, HIV or aids. The main treatment for leukoplakia involves removing the source of irritation or cause.

Depends on cause: You must first determine the cause. If you can wipe it off, then there is your treatment. Trauma, irritation (i.e. Smoking, dipping/chewing, alcohol), rubbing and other chemical and mechanical things can cause this. Main concern is cancer. See your dentist to evaluate this condition. Go now. Do not try to use home remedy without finding out what it is from.
